Water: 32 Acre+/- Lake. at cpacity. The owner caught a 11.4 pound Bass this spring out of this well stocked Lake. It also has a 10 Acre+/- Lake at capacity, stocked with Catfish.. There are 25 ponds,  (Stock tanks) many of them are stocked. The 32 acre tank is one of the best private fisheries in the state.. There are many bass over 10 pounds. This Lake has not fully reached its potential. We expect larger bass to be produced. Ranch is served by Co-Op Rural Water lines to all the houses.
